LinkD: element-based data interlinking of RDF datasets in linked data

Abstract One of the main obstacles in publishing a Linked Data way is to connect dataset being published externally with related data sources cloud, known as Interlinking. This paper proposes LinkD, new element-based interlinking approach. LinkD interlinks an RDF dataset, resulted from transformed semi-structured data, its counterparts web Data. To provide similarity links, existence cloud done first place. Different algorithms for measurement are employed while domain interlinked taken into account. The techniques utilised allow processing large number datasets. evaluation shows high precision, recall and performance.
